Our destination is the beautiful island of Møn in Denmark, as well as Spain and Poland, where we take you on an unforgettable journey of transformation and exploration.

On our wellness and travel therapy tours, we provide an array of activities designed to help you relax, gain energy and clarity, and connect with nature. We start off the day with a guided hiking tour through the lush forests, rolling hills, and serene beaches of Møn, Spain, or Poland. As we explore, we can take a moment to appreciate the beauty of our surroundings and practice mindful meditation. We then continue with a yoga session, which can help you release tension, improve your flexibility and boost your energy.

Our tours also include coaching sessions, where we help you identify and focus on your goals and objectives so you can take your wellbeing journey to the next level. We provide guidance and support to help you create a positive mindset while entering your third act.
